What you people all do to live healthy?

Obviously exercise is very important, lot's of fresh fruit and veg (spinach for iron)
The best advice I can give you is getting some form of supplement in! Although I've tried supplements/ vitamins it does take a long time to get into the blood stream. I've actually ended up using patches as an alternative and ever since then I've had a lot more energy.These are the ones I used - hope this helps x
